Place tagged luggage outside by the announced deadline - commonly 10:00 p.m.
Disney provides color-coded luggage tags and pickup instructions for the final morning. Use the time printed in the live materials and announcements. Anything placed outside becomes inaccessible until the terminal luggage area.
- Keep travel documents, adult IDs, Key to the World cards, return-travel information and valuables with an adult.
- Keep medication, valuables, electronics and chargers in carry-ons.
- Set aside sleepwear, next-day clothes, toiletries and every child's morning essentials.
- Photograph or note the luggage-tag color and character before the bags leave.
Review the folio and download purchased photos.
Resolve an unfamiliar stateroom charge while Guest Services can still investigate it onboard. Confirm the payment method and save any receipt or policy detail that may be needed later.
Photo-retention windows are limited. Follow the current instructions and download purchased images promptly after the cruise.
Follow the assigned breakfast and departure sequence.
Breakfast timing and location depend on the dining assignment and current instructions. After breakfast, return to the stateroom only if permitted, gather every carry-on and follow the ship's announcement for leaving.
In the terminal, find the luggage-tag section, collect every bag, complete the required entry process and meet the planned transportation. Keep the party together until every bag and traveler is accounted for.
A future-cruise placeholder preserves an offer without choosing the exact cruise immediately.
Disney may offer an onboard booking benefit that can be purchased in Navigator before the Guest leaves the ship. The placeholder can give the family time to choose a future sailing later, subject to the current deposit, booking window, eligible sailings, blackout dates and other terms.
Read the live offer instead of relying on an older percentage or deadline. If an advisor will manage the future booking, confirm the advisor relationship and follow the required transfer or designation process before completing the purchase.
